Accelerated BS Biology/MS Biology of Global Health

Requirements for the Biology (BS) >> Biology of Global Health (MS) Accelerated UG/GR Program

To earn the Biology (BS) and Biology of Global Health (MS) degrees via this accelerated pathway, a student must complete all basic requirements for the Biology (BS), as well as the Biology of Global Health (MS) degree requirements).

A maximum of 6 credits of Graduate level course work will count toward both BS and MS degrees. These 6 credit hours include 4000-level courses from BIO that will double-count as both BS and MS credit. Most students who fulfill the requirements for 4000-level courses in the Biology (BS) will simultaneously fulfill the maximum number of 4000-level course credits allowed for credit toward the Biology of Global Health (MS) degree, but those courses must be approved for graduate credit and approved by the Program Coordinator.
