Qualitative Research Methods Concentration - Curriculum & Teaching (PhD)
Admission Requirements
Initially, students must meet all criteria outlined for the PhD in Curriculum and Teaching. Students select a concentration as part of the application process for the PhD in Curriculum and Teaching. During the review stage, applicants may be invited to participate in an interview that includes faculty members from the proposed concentration area. Based on a holistic review of the application materials and the interview, faculty will determine the applicant's fit with the concentration and make final recommendations for admission into the PhD program.

EDC 6336 Qualitative Research and Data Analysis is a required course in the PhD in Curriculum and Teaching program and cannot be double counted for credit in the PhD degree plan.

Requires approval from graduate faculty advisor, Qualitative Methodologies PhD program coordinators and graduate program director.

Other qualitative research methodologies courses will be considered upon approval of the Qualitative Methodologies PhD program coordinators.
