Admissions and Retention in the Dual Degree Program
Students seeking admission to dual Business Administration - Healthcare Administration Concentration (MBA) / Community Health Science (MPH) program must meet the admissions criteria for both programs independently:

- Admission Requirements for the MPH in Community Health Science
Admission will be contingent upon acceptance into each program, with coordinated academic advising to ensure alignment and progression. The students’ academic home will be the Hankamer School of Business.
Retention and Academic Progression
Retention in the dual-degree program will be supported through:
- Dedicated dual-degree advising to ensure timely progression and integration of coursework
- Academic performance monitoring, with students required to maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA in both programs
- Structured course sequencing to optimize workload and avoid scheduling conflicts
- Access to career services and mentorship from both schools to support professional development
- Annual program review meetings to assess student satisfaction, progression, and outcomes
Students who fall below academic standards in either program may be placed on probation or dismissed from the dual-degree track, but may continue in one of the individual programs if eligible.

Candidates for this Dual MBA/MPH must complete the requirements below. Since both degrees are awarded simultaneously, all requirements in both programs must be completed in order to receive either degree. Students are encouraged to contact appropriate advisors in each program for further details.
